the declaration from supplier is 5.7, but the UPS agent declare a 5.5 only.
to much waste of time to compalain because no one will admit the mistake or who have fault.
they will prolonged the conversation.
and the supplier will not contact their delivery courrier about this.
they suggest us to contact their supplier.
when u are the supplier choose the good delivery courier and if theres a problem help your customer, you should contact and make a compaint against to your courier.
not to prolonge and suggest us to contact your courier.
until now no one will take that mistake.
